The GameCard will be scanned and emailed to you as a pdf, normally within 4 hours of receipt of payment and initial identity verification. We operate only on Monday to Friday’s 830am to 630pm (excluding public holidays in Victoria).

Please ensure that you add info@games101.com.au and signup@games101.com.au to your contact list to avoid the email going into your Spam box.


• Please note that due to some attempted recent credit card fraud, accounts and credit cards will need to be verified before cards are emailed. Please provide correct telephone numbers and address details during checkout. If using Paypal payment method, please ensure that your Paypal account is verified.
• Games101 will email you the code or a scan of the game card itself within the same business day once we have verified your payment (and identity the first time). We promise to make best endeavours over weekends, as we do regularly have staff working over most weekends.
• Games101 take no responsibility for the codes working and/or their redemption. Games101 are providing a facilitation service at your own risk, which is subject to the terms and conditions of the card provider/supplier.
• In the case where there are any issues with regards to redemption, then you agree that that is between yourself as the Customer and the game card provider/supplier. You agree to the card provider’s terms and conditions in addition to those of Games101.
