If you have received a damaged product, games101 will be happy to offer an exchange for an undamaged replacement. Please be aware that the damaged item must be received by games101 administration prior to a replacement being sent.

Should you receive a product you believe is faulty, please contact us and we will approve a return or exchange at our discretion on a case by case basis.
We regret we are unable to offer returns in circumstances that fall outside these areas.
