$5.95 Unlimited Items, Flat Rate, eParcel Postage - Australia Wide
Orders are charged at a flat rate of $5.95 for Australia wide delivery irrespective of actual number of titles purchased. We use Australia Post eParcel service, which offers customers a track -and- trace facility.
It is thus more cost effective to order several titles at a time, as the $5.95 shipping cost is spread over the entire order.
Please note that we are an online store only.
We operate from our Victorian and Queensland warehouses every business day.
We do not have retail stores open to the public.

$12.50 Courier / Express Option - Australia Wide
Games101 now offers in most cases a fast courier option for a flat rate of $12.50 to all destinations Australia wide.
We despatch on a 'reasonable endeavours' basis taking every reasonable effort to depatch your order promptly. However, this option is not available on bulky orders and may not be presented at checkout for this reason. It is also normally limited to 1-3 titles or as many items as reasonably fit in a standard 500g size courier bag. Australian Air Express or Platinum Express Post are our normal service.
Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne Metro area delivery is normally next day service if order received (and payment cleared) by 12pm AEST.
Other Metro, Non Metro, Regional and Country areas are in most cases one (1) additional day. Please note that your actual location and local conditions will affect your delivery time. In almost all cases, this option is much faster than our eParcel shipping option - however, shipping times cannot be guaranteed.
Please note that is some cases you may be presented with this option, however, if items do not fit into the standard 500g size courier bag, then items will be shipped via eParcel and freight difference refunded if you have paid the higher freight charge.
The above shipping times are estimated times only based on the majority of our shipping destinations. Australia is a large country, and specific locations and local conditions may affect your dleivery time - Games101 will make reasonable endeavours to despatch your order promptly or advise otherwise if there is a delay, but Games101 will not be held responsible or liable for actual shipping times, which are outside of our control.
Orders placed with us before 12pm Australian Eastern Standard time are generally despatched next business day.
Orders placed over the weekend or after midday Friday's are generally processed on Monday, if its not a public holiday in Queensland or Victoria, else Tuesday's.
Australia Post and Australian Air Express only deliver on business days, not weekends or Public Holidays. Please take this into account when asking us for details of your delivery.
Different state holidays may coincide in which case your order may be delayed due to circumstance of timing.
The dispatch options available are as follows.
- Buy Now is for product that is currently in stock and will be sent within 1-2 business day of placing your order.
- Buy Now but with Back Order notification (RED Detail Text) is for items due back in stock with a due date shown in red at the bottom of each product page and at checkout. These will be sent within 1 business day of receiving stock. Automatic email updates will keep you informed on status. Your entire order will be held until backorder product is in stock. Please note that back order items normally ship within 5-10 days from placement of your order. Shipping times vary across Australia, but please allow a further 2-5 days dependent upon your location - so back order products may reach you in 7-15 days dependent upon product ship time from the manufacturer and your own location.
- Pre-Order Now Products marked as "Pre-order" are not yet in stock but are expected to ship by the expected in stock date shown. Games101 will contact you should dates vary by more than 48 hours if you have elected to be notified by us, or, have placed an order with us. Please note that we do not allow cancellation of Pre-Orders if the manufacturer has advised that there is a delay to the Australian release date of less than 4 weeks from the previously notified release date.
Product information, including release dates, is drawn from manfacturer's data and although every effort is taken to ensure accuracy, GAMES101 accepts no responsibility for inaccuracies. Stock levels are also dynamic and may change without notice - particularly on popular items where mutliple customers may be ordering simultaneously. We will contact you if there is any anticipated delay to your order.
**Note : If your order contains back order or Pre-order titles then the entire order will be held until the back order or Pre-Order items are available to ship. The Cart/Checkout process will advise you if you have backorder items. If you want those items that are available now to ship now, then you need to split your order and place two (or more) orders.
Games and Bluray Pre-Orders are shipped FREE, where the "Preorder Now : Free Shipping" icon is displayed.
Items marked as "Buy Now : Free Shipping" ship for free if shipped by themselves or with other "Free Shipping" items.
Free freight does not apply to Customer orders with mixed items in Customer's shopping cart comprising Free Shipping, Pre-Order and/or in stock and/or back order items.
We take every reasonable step to ensure that your delivery reaches you promptly, with a track and trace and secure delivery process.
We do not ship to Post Office (PO) boxes, and both our Australian Air Express courier and Australia Post require signature upon delivery to your nominated address. As our mail and courier shipments are registered with Australia Post, any undelivered shipments will be redirected to your local post office and you will require photo identification and possibly proof of residence (eg a utility bill with your name on it) to collect from your local Post Office.
Part or Multiple shipment may incur a fee per shipment. We may contact you if your order is extra bulky as there may be a postage surcharge.
Splitting Your Order into Parts
We often receive customer requests to ship "in-stock" items before the pre-order/backorder items, where a customer has placed an order containing in-stock and preorder/backorder items.
The Games101 customer system is not able to retrospectively split your order once processed from the customer web interface.
Splitting your order unfortunately requires manual manipulation of our stock, administration and financial management systems.
However, if you do decide that you want your order split after it has been placed, then please contact us at email@example.com and provide details of your order, including order number.
We would then ask you to place part of your order again, so that the in stock items are split out from the pre-order or back order items into a separate new order(s), and we adjust your original order accordingly.
You will be charged an additional postage or courier fee of $5.95/12.50 respectively per new order to cover our costs of splitting your order and sending it in separate parcels, and an additional $5 manual processing fee.
Order Tracking -eParcel
eParcel orders can be tracked and traced from the time they leave our warehouse. You will be given a tracking number via email which you can look up at http://auspost.com.au/track/ to follow its progress.
Christmas is always a busy period for us and Australia Post. In order to avoid disappointment, please place your orders early, as orders placed in the first and second week of December 2011 will take an additional 2-5 days to deliver versus orders placed during November or other months.
