We do not normally give refunds if you:
Customers must produce a receipt as proof of purchase.
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit;

The below Terms & Conditions are an addition to you statutory rights as a consumer under the Trade Practices Act.
If you have received a damaged product, Games101 will be happy to offer an exchange for an undamaged replacement. Please be aware that the damaged item must be received by Games101 administration prior to a replacement, exchange or credit being sent.
Should you receive a product you believe is faulty, please contact us and we will approve a credit, return or exchange at our discretion on a case by case basis.
We regret we are unable to offer returns in circumstances that fall outside these areas.
