Finding What You Want!
Using the search feature couldn’t be easier, and the advance search feature is even better. Search right down to your desired platform of choice. Or just go in and browse our "Latest Releases", "Staff Picks", "Top 10 selling titles", "Coming Soon", "Specials" and more.
Making a Purchase
Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, simply click the “Buy Now” button on the item page and it will be dropped into your shopping cart. You may add as many items to your Cart as you desire. To delete an item from your Cart, tick the appropriate check box and click 'Update'. You can also adjust the quantity of items you wish to order by overriding the default quantity of '1' and clicking the 'Update' button.
When you are ready to place your order, simply click the “Confirm” button on the cart page to begin the ordering process. Here you will be required to enter or verify your address and credit card details.
Once you have finished the checkout process, we'll send you an order confirmation email and display a receipt page on our website.
Our products are all new, and broadly fit into three categories:
-Australian Version, sourced locally from the official Australian distributor. All titles/products are Australian version unless marked otherwise. This is generally 90% ++ of our stock.
-Special Order. These titles are fully compatible with Australian consoles [PAL and region] and are backed by our full Games101 Warranty. However, some games may have only been released in Japan or Europe for example, but may still be compatible with Australian machines. Details of Special Orders will be within the product description itself in each case.
Our home page has a basic search function, which can sort by console type.
Refine your your search (or broaden by choosing "all") by choosing one of the pull donw menu options, which include the Playstation 2 (PS2), Playstation 3 (PS3), Playstation Portable (PSP), Nintendo Wii, Nintendo DS, Microsoft XBox360 or Windows PC console. Gamecards are available by searching for "gamecards" for example.

A Games101 site search by google is available at the bottom of the "Advanced Search" page and immediately below. Please note that Google is often a few days out of date as it searches from outside our wesbite, but can be comprehensive on our back catalogue and may be of assistance in tracking down a title where full information is known.

You can view your pending or shipped orders by signing in and going to your “Cart Contents”. Here you can change your order by adding or deleting items prior to processing.
If you order gets Declined!
Should you receive a declined order notification this usually means your bank has rejected our request to debit your credit card. Your credit card payment can be declined by your bank for a number of reasons including a mistake in your card number or expiry date, expired card or insufficient funds. If a decline occurs when processing your order, we will contact you via email or telephone with more details.
When I check my account, my status shows as "Verifying Details"
This can occur if a) you use an unverified PayPal account or b) some or part of your address or contact details are incorrect or c) we receive an antifraud message from your bank via the secure electronic payment gateway or d) there is some other issue with your order.
Please "verify" your PayPal account in order to help us to process your order faster. This only needs to be done once, and PayPal requires that ALL accounts are eventually "verified". "Unverified" PayPal accounts often need manual verification from Games101. Log in normally to your PayPal account and search for 'VerificationFAQ' or "verify account" for details.
For your security and ours, Games101 operates the Merchant Protect's Guardian to actively and positively authenticate credit card payments.
We may also ask you to do one of the following things to assist us to resolve the matter, including providing copies of photo identification, proof of address or by verifying that you are the credit card holder in another way.
I Can't Find The Title I Want! Help!
Games101 is committed to creating and maintaining an up-to-date and accurate database, but there may be instances where you are unable to find a particular title on our website.
